Hi Torum fam,
We are delighted to inform the community that the bug preventing some Landers from logging in has been completely fixed. In addition, the "Change Password" and "Forget Password" features are now working as intended.
If you had any issues changing your password, please try again. However, please note that only the following special characters can be used in your Torum password:
!@#$%^&* .
A big thank you goes out to all the Landers who assisted Team Torum in troubleshooting this unique bug.
We are also terribly sorry to all the Landers who were affected by this issue. Team Torum will do our best to prevent similar issues from happening again in the future.
